Thank you for choosing Aarot Agro. We are committed to providing high-quality agricultural and processed food products to our international buyers. As we deal primarily in perishable and food items, our Refund & Returns Policy is as follows:
Due to the nature of food and perishable products, returns and refunds are generally not applicable once goods are shipped.
All sales are considered final unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If products are received in damaged condition or if the wrong items are delivered, the buyer must notify Aarot Agro within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
Valid proof (such as photos, shipping documents, and inspection reports) must be provided.
Upon verification, Aarot Agro may offer:
A replacement in the next shipment, or
An adjustment/credit note against the affected goods.
Quality claims must be supported by official inspection certificates from recognized authorities or agencies at the buyer’s port.
Aarot Agro reserves the right to verify such claims before issuing any compensation or replacement.
All food products (fresh or processed) are non-returnable due to health, safety, and international food handling regulations.
In rare cases where a refund is approved, the refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the order.
Refund processing time may vary depending on the bank or financial institution.
